JOIN THE Whole30 CHALLENGE led by our very own Coach Ginny King, MPH, RDN-AP, LDN
Start: Monday, January 10th
End: Sunday, February 6th
Cost: $99 pp
Earn up to 5 points per day PLUS a bonus point for including the following, which is in addition to meeting Whole 30 rules (cannot earn the bonus point if you don’t follow the Whole 30 plan). Therefore, earning potential is 6 points / day; the participant with the most points after 4 weeks is the winner!
