We will be coaching the finer points of the muscle-up and going through different techniques and drills to practice. What we are trying to do, is not only get you your first muscle-up, but to continue to improve your efficiency through the movement, thereby enabling your to string them together, and improve workouts that include this high skill/technique movement.
